Accounting Consulting
:

Do you need help either setting up a new Accounting Program or making the one you have work?  The first accounting system I had to convert from manual was my own before the IBM PC existed.  Accounting Programs have come along way since then and I have set up hundreds of companies on Sage 50, BPI, Open Systems, Business Works, MICA IV, Peachtree 2000, Peachtree Complete, and QuickBooks including QuickBooks Online.

I have installed over two hundred accounting systems in the Roanoke Valley, including Mica IV, Peachtree 2000, BPI, Business Works, Peachtree Accounting Version 8 to the current version of Peachtree, and I was even a beta tester for Peachtree 2007.  I am personally using Peachtree 2012 and I am supporting clients on Peachtree 2000 to the newest version Peachtree 2018 .  Sage 50 (formerly know as Peachtree)  is the software I recommend above all others for small to medium sized business.   But I also have clients with Peachtree 2000, QuickBooks and Business Works.

I work very closely with my clients' CPA to provide accurate data for their tax returns and financial statements.  For clients who do their own payroll but are not comfortable handling the Payroll Tax Returns and W2's, I visit each quarter to complete these returns and review their accounting data.  Many of my other accounting clients have me just do their year end W2's and 1099's.
